It is amazing how 4 ounces of applesauce can multiply itself into 32 ounces of applesauce. This morning mom wanted toast, coffee and applesauce for breakfast. No big deal. Not enough fiber but what the hell. I will use whole wheat bread. All was going well. Took tray to bedroom. Sat down and started feeding her. The coffee was too hot. So I put the tray on the dresser. Mistake #1. Mistake #2 was not putting a small table next to the bed. Or is that mistake #1 and the other #2? I
